Price Moore is a very disrespectful and hostile service

Price Moore is a very disrespectful and hostile service advisor!!!! He was very rude and disrespectful to me as a female simply because I questioned him concerning the batteries, dying on three of my family new Nissan vehicles in the past few months. He was very intimidating. He was upset because I questioned him about the expiration date on the battery of a new (brought new last year) 2024 Nissan Sentra. He attempted to charge me for something that I shouldn?t have been charged for (a deep charge). He became very aggressive when I said that I wouldn?t be paying for the service to charge a battery, because it was never told to me upfront of a charge to charge a battery. I?m a very thorough person and had he mentioned there would be a charge I would have asked for an estimated total upfront as I have always done with any and every vehicle I?ve ever owned in life!!! After I told him I would not be paying for that service. He jumped in my car and took it hostage, revving the engine as he went around the building out of the service deck. Price Moore became very belligerent and attempted to come around the service desk to intimidate me when he returned, as he chose to continue go back-and-forth in an argument, over talking me with his hands on his hips!!!After I thought the argument was over, and I was speaking with the service manager, Price Moore continued to taunt me from inside the service manager?s glassed door office, with closed doors! Needless to say, I was horrified because I?ve never experienced anything such thing in my life from any person in the service industry!! This entire incident brought me to tears in front of the service manager!!! This man represents the worst side of Nissan at Stone Mountain, and should be fired for his heinous behavior!!!! I will not return to this location for any further service for any of my three 2024 Nissan vehicles. I will pass the word along to my colleagues, friends, and family about the hostility that I met with at the Stone Mountain Nissan location. If I were you, I would not patronize this ghetto Nissan dealership, especially the service department!!! This service department has received several very unfavorable surveys and reviews in the past, so l please do your due diligence and research the customer service experience given by their service department. Simply despicable and deplorable, to say the least!!! Price Moore should be fired!!! I will now service my my three 2024 Nissan vehicles at Mike Rizzie Nissan where I have always received excellent care and customer service!!!! In addition, if you would like to purchase a vehicle, I suggest purchasing it from Mike Rizzie Nissan, as well. Great customer service there?. There?s a difference of night and day between these two service departments. BEWARE!!!

Poor customer service. Manger promised us to give us cargo tray. I texted sales representative but NO RESPONSE AT ALL. My wife went to talk to management and sales representatives but no one helped her.
