The Gwinnett Place Nissan Team was great!
The Gwinnett Place Nissan Team was great! I called with an emergency after my car wouldn't start to get checked out asap. They said I could come in asap. After calling Roadside Assistance, for help in getting started, I drove straight to the Nissan. Apparently the battery and a filter were the problem. Service completed within a couple of hours. I used to work for this store. They are now owned by Berkshire Hathaway. I purchased a vehicle that had been sitting on the lot for almost 400 days. The vehicle had multiple issues. Scratched tint and glass, tree sap and swirls in the paint, and scuffs and marks on the wheels. They fixed EVERYTHING for me! It took a few visits, but they have integrity, and being in the automotive business myself, I was very impressed. Mike the General Manager was very nice and professional. My salesperson Crystal was fantastic. And, a special shout out to Brandon Whiteman the service manager who will bend over backwards to make sure that you always have the " ultimate experience!" Buy a car from them. You won't be sorry! Bill Capelman.
