Great Experience for First Time Buyer

I had a great experience at Mike Rezi Nissan. I have been shopping for a new car for a long time and just had not found the right fit. Some dealerships are frustrating to work with, but Jake in sales was so nice and very informative. He worked with me to get the car i wanted at the price i was wanting to pay. I was out the door in my new car within 2 hours. I couldn't be happier.

This was my 6th Nissan and the first time dealing with Mike Rezi Dealership. It was by far the worse experience I have ever had with them following up with their commitments for complimentary add-ons. From outward appearances there seems to be turmoil throughout the sales division and a turnover of staff. Rarely are calls returned to get answers on the status of outstanding issues. I could go on about the numerous issues but don't have the time. Only when I filed a formal complaint with Nissan did I get any results. I really did not want to take that action but they left me no recourse. They are fairly new in they were previously Nalley Nissan which I loved working with them.
