Best dealership experience EVER! Had a wonderful experience here at Nissan of Vero beach. Danny Galloway our salesman was down to earth and worked for my deal. Zero games were played and their desire to help me stay in budget,make an investment, all while laughing and giving life guidance was just what was needed for my daughter’s first new car. These are real people, working for a family dealership, and they have earned my business for years to come. Clayton Jepsen the sales manager actually listened and made every effort to make me a deal that made sense and looked for every possible discount,rebate,and advantage to get me in the right car. Nick in financing worked magic for us taking his time to find the best rate for a loan and taught my daughter big life finances in the process. I feel like they understood that this was a big deal for my family and had simple compassion for us as people. My daughter learned so much in the financing of this car and we have all the tools needed to build a life of good credit for her. Couldn’t recommend this team enough. Starting with Danny who guided choices and showed patience,moving to Clayton who ran all over securing the numbers, Nick who took his time making us understand the big picture finances, they were Just GREAT! I have only written a couple reviews in my life but these men and this dealership made my experience great. Thank you!!

Well, I hate to burst your bubble Sutherlin Nissan Vero Beach ... but you don't merit that award. I bought a used Nissan Versa from these guys on June 11. It looked like a good deal, only had 30,000 miles on it, and they sold me a $3000 after market warranty covering "bumper to bumper". So i thoughtbi was good to go. But trouble started that very night I brought it home. The left front headlight fogged up from condensation, and the seat adjustment lever stuck in the full forward position. That weekend I was on my way to Lake Wales, and the car ran out if gas (i filled the tank the previous day. I called them and they said have it towed in here (I live in okeechobee)so I did. They kept it for a few days and couldn't find out what became of the full tank of gas. Before I picked it up, I asked about the seat adjustment and the fogged headlight but "sorry, that expensive warranty doesn't cover either of those". We went back and forth a little, and they finally agreed to fix the seat lever. When I went to pick it up, I opened the door and sat down, the seat was in the farthest back position and would not move. I'm 5' tall, and I couldn't reach the pedals. So I went back inside to tell them I couldn't drive it like that. So a mechanic came out and tried to make it move, but he couldn't. He finally got so rough on it that he broke the lever. They didn't want to fix it even though they broke it. Eventually after weeks of back and forth and promises that someone higher up the food chain would call me, but they never did. Only Teddy Heflin, the salesman, ever bothered to return a call.And the crowning glory...they finally agreed to fix the seat, so I took it there and advised them the A/C started blowing hot if I came to a stop for more than 30 seconds. So they looked at and advised me that the blower motor needed to be replaced ($1000). And of course, that $3000 warranty didn't cover it! I'm so fed up with these guys!! Save yourselves the troubles and BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE
