I had a very bad experience at another dealership this week (rhymes with Smenkens), but Norma made me forget all about that and gained my trust times 100. Bobby in finance was a gem as well. They listed the vehicle as certified on their website at one price, then added almost 2k to the price to certify it. Shady and deceptive advertising. I was also told I was getting a 1k price discount, that didn’t happen either. I ended up paying almost original invoice price on a USED car! Buyer Beware!
