I came in to buy a used Jeep Wrangler for my wife.
I came in to buy a used Jeep Wrangler for my wife. There was something wrong with it where it shook badly at just 30 mph. I was told that they would have a technician look at it and have me come back in to test drive it again. That didn’t happen. I called back the next day and they sold it to another person.

Dishonest, Horrible, Rude, lack of compassion.
If I could give zero stars, I would!! Troy was the salesman who was handling my deal. I came to purchase a vehicle for my sister, who had a check from having her car totaled. I explain what we needed, what our budget was, and even gave very detailed explanations of things that were going on in our personal lives. I also was inquiring about trading my car in for a new car. I knew what my credit score was going in, and I knew I would be upside down on my car, and I simply wanted to know if buying a car was even a possibility with my monthly budget. They sent me to the bank I currently have my loan through, after I had already explained that my time was limited and that I am a single mom of three, I am a disabled veteran, and I have a disabled child at home. When I arrived at the bank, I found out that the dealership had already submitted an inquiry through them and I was denied. Therefore, I took the time to go submit and addition loan application inquiry for absolutely no reason. My debt to income ratio was too high, and that is okay, but with everything I explained to them up front, all I asked for was honesty and transparency. When I came back up to the dealership, Troy was a complete and utter arrogant jerk. I said, “the sad thing is that you can’t even look at me in the eyes and say ‘I’m sorry!?’” With which he replied with a smirk, “you act like I did this, I can’t control what my general manager does?” And I was trying to purchase two cars from these greedy people. I understand if I don’t qualify in the moment and explained to them that I had recently paid off most of my debt, but that it had not reflected on my credit report yet and that I would just come back when I could qualify with a better rate, yet they still sent me on a wild goose chase. This is all after we had already bought my sisters car from them. The thing is, they saw two vulnerable women and took complete advantage!! This was , by far, the absolute worst experience in a car dealership I have EVER had. I am returning my sisters vehicle tomorrow and taking my business elsewhere. A lot of lessons were learned from this experience. Whatever happened to humanity and compassion. I wasn’t looking for a handout, only honesty and transparency. Troy was the most rude and egotistical person I have ever met. He’s the tripe to act like your best friend when he thinks he will benefit from you, and when things don’t work out, he will chew you up and spit you out. Not to mention that the prices you see online WILL NOT be the price they quote you in person!!! They will increase the price by thousands. Greenway Nissan, this was unacceptable.

Not every Nissan dealership is the same. Our goal is to sell and lease more Nissans in Jacksonville than any other Nissan dealer. So how is that done?
We will sell and lease our new Nissans for less than our competition. Our overhead is low and we do not have a huge advertising budget. Therefore we can pass the savings on to our valued customers. That business plan combined with great customer service in both the sales dept. and collision/service depts. has proven to be a winner.
