Thievery and conniving us the sales mangers strong suit. Sales agent was excellent. I other review said exactly what happened to me. Put 2,000$ more on sales price. Then a bunch of bogus add-ons to wipe out my trade-in. Then, surprise, stuck in extended warranty for $3,409, not even as good as the CPO warranty that came with car. . Car is faultless, so far, but some people in this sales group and the finance lady, need to be prosecuted, for theft and abuse of the elderly, handicapped citizens. This facility stinks !!!!!

Kept me waiting for almost 6 hours, to "get paperwork
Kept me waiting for almost 6 hours, to "get paperwork ready", for CPO vehicle purchase. Mis-written contract, $2000more than agreed upon price. Many bogus "fees", to much to look at, just signed papers to save my sanity from agreedive tactics. Tire the customer , they're sign anything to get out. Seniors citizens, BEWARE, BEWARE. We are most vulnerable
