I bought a car from them 2 months ago and I live in
I bought a car from them 2 months ago and I live in Minnesota. I paid them for sales tax and Minnesota license fees and after many calls they still haven’t even applied for my Minnesota license plates. I have not gotten anywhere with them. Also they knew I was driving the car back to Minnesota and when I tried using the windshield washer it didn’t work. Turns out they didn’t put windshield washer fluid that didn’t contain antifreeze. Took car to local Jaguar dealer to see what the problem was and of course it was frozen. The also discovered that oil was leaking out of the timing chain plug and repaired that. All together it cost me $400.00 dollars and they will not reimburse me even though it was supposedly covered by their buyer warranty. Would never do business with them again. Terrible customer service
