My 2023 Rouge was in for a warranty recall involving the replacement of the engine. Although it took along time, I was provided a rental car. Matt in service kept me advised of everything that was going on until the completion of the repairs.

I was sold a third party warranty which I wasn’t informed
I was sold a third party warranty which I wasn’t informed of at the time as I thought it was through Nissan. When I needed to utilize the warranty for repairs, they refused to honor it & I was forced to pay out of pocket because they couldn’t get the warranty company to reimburse me. I was then given a prorated amount of my warranty back but I would have preferred to have the piece of mind of my warranty that I thought I purchased. I was treated rudely & they refused to discuss the matter. Very bad customer service.

David, We are sorry with your frustrations with the VSC. We appreciate that you felt your problem should be covered, but the company did not cover your issue. Additionally, and cancelled VSC is based on a pro rated amount due to time and mileage. These are not exclusive policies of Sheridan or CNA, they are across the industry. Just like insurance, you do not get all of your money back if you do not use the policy.
