While I was shopping for a new car I went to few dealers. I got the best service at this place. They did everything fast, explained everything and very friendly staff.
Lied about condition and warranty

I drove 1.5 hours (one way) to look at a car after being lied to about the condition the car. I saw on car fax that it had been in an accident. When I told them I was no longer interested because of a previous accident this is what they said to me in an email..."My manager said that he would be willing to warranty this vehicle for the 30 days/1,500 miles for you and we can assure you that the accident in reference has had no impact on the quality of this vehicle. While I do understand the concern completely, just keep in mind as well that we go through every single vehicle of ours with a fine tooth comb and perform any work that is needed. It was repaired after the accident as there is no damage that we could see to it at all, we just unfortunately do not have any details on the incident."
So my son and I drove an hour and a half to look at the car which would have been for him. When we arrived the sales person took us out and showed us the car and said it runs nice even though it has this dent. It had a dent on the driver side door and visible scratches in the same area. When I told him I wasn't interested because I was assured the there was no damage to the care. He told me I should have seen the dent in pictures (I looked when I got home and it was not obvious there was a dent the way the pictures were taken). He also told me the price was so good because it was being "sold as is". I told him that's not what I was told in emails. He said, "well I can't control what the girls in the office say."
I drove 3 hours round trip based on their lies. How can you believe anything they tell you about a car if they'll lie even about the obvious?

Service rep Victor was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I felt no pressure, was given options, and the repair work was very thorough. I would be happy to return should I ever need to.
