Candy Cain was my salesperson and I was so impressed with her knowledge and honesty. She’s polite and put us at ease immediately. I was going to lease but changed to a purchase and she recommended an insurance company and waited while we compared prices. She was right. Her parents obviously had a sense of humor but believe me Candy Cain was my Christmas gift. Thank you.

the purchase was fine, it's the after sale service that
the purchase was fine, it's the after sale service that is lacking. I recently traded off the truck I bought from Red Rock nissan, called to cancel my 3 policies I purchased with the truck and it been over a month. I sent them proof of sale. Savannah sent me the same form I completed a month ago and said if I fill it out she can re submit the cancellation. Instead of sending me my money about $2200 its somewhere in limbo and now they want me to fillout th esame form, with th esame information so they can try again. I may never get my money.
