**Deceptive and Unprofessional Experience** I had an extremely frustrating experience at Fort Collins Nissan. From the beginning, it felt like the sales team was playing games. I test-drove a car and negotiated over the phone and email. When I asked for a specific price, I was told it was impossible—only to receive a call 20 minutes later with a better offer. Throughout the process, I made it clear that I intended to pay cash. I even asked about payment methods, including using a personal check, and no one ever mentioned that financing was required. However, when I arrived at the dealership to finalize the deal, I was suddenly told I *had* to finance—something that was never disclosed. This was misleading and a complete waste of my time. I returned the next day, fully prepared to trade in my car, and decided to switch to a different color. The salesperson told me the blue car was $300 more but assured me he *would not* charge me for it. Then a manager stepped in, insisted on adding the charge, and accused *me* of "playing games." When I asked if they were really going to lose a sale over $300, they said yes. When I mentioned that I would be sharing my experience online, I was told I was being "threatening." This dealership lacks transparency, professionalism, and respect for its customers. I walked away and will be taking my business elsewhere. If you value honesty and fair treatment, I strongly recommend avoiding Fort Collins Nissan.
