Enrique is great and took the time to check notes. Maintenance records not accurate, making recommendations for maintenance already done that was in notes and not on maintenance records. Do the service techs actually check the fluids or make recommendations on maintenance records? If actually checked the fluids would be good, if by maintenance records - not accurate. I depend on your company to have accurate maintenance records to know what needs to be done. I never had this problem with Larry Miller. No one at Alpine has taken the time to assist me except Enrique. I would like an updated and accurate maintenance report emailed to me. Wondering if Alpine cares about my issues.
