Nissan Of Visalia

I took my Nissan to Nissan in Visalia I heard a clicking noise coming from dash when I turning A/C or heater on. I was concern of clicking noise. Nissan claim I said I declined replacing heater unit which comes complete with levers. I decline because they said they have to take the dash off and if it broke they would not cover it.

I had my battery changed, at Nissan Visalia. I had to have it towed back a week later, because they didn’t clean the cables. The manager took it to the back to brush it off. I asked him if he brushed inside the cable, and he said “no I didn’t want to leave anything loose.

Every time I visit I always have a great experience at Nissan I'm a returning customer for the last 10+ years 4th Nissan vehicle I love the entire team thank you in assisting me eith my 2018 Nissan Altima and for helping me choose it and explaining it also service my millon questions personal thanks to Doc as well as Jimmy Chris and Jared i have and will continue to refer friends and family to Nissan and the entire Groppetti dealerships
