‘“A DEALERSHIP WHICH SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED AGAIN” I purchased Prius LE 2023 two weeks ago with fast and simple process which I expressed it earlier. Later on I realized that not only the spare key, which the sales person promised to do his best to get it to me, but also: 1. The tire puncture repair kit 2. The back trunk cover were missing out of the car Besides I found scratches and dents which shows the car was hit hard by something at the rear door entrance which you can see it when you open the door. Tried calling, texting and emailing this dealership didn’t answer any of them. Finally I get connected with the sales person and told me that ‘I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE CAR AND THERE NOTHING HE CAN DO ABOUT IT’ after explaining that the spares might be lost by the previous owner. Lesson Learned anyway, I will buy the missing parts and accept my fault not checking the damages which should have been disclosed to a buyer, but seem hidden by the dealership but CANNOT BUY THIS DEALESHIP’s TRUST AGAIN.

I bought a nissan frontier in 2022.
I bought a nissan frontier in 2022. I traded that vehicle in August of 2024. I have been waiting on my refund for the extended warranty for 4 and one half months. The finance person, Kaylen Simonin, initially told me he would take care of it. Since then I have had multiple emails and phone calls. I even had to contact the extended warranty company myself to cancel the warranty. Mr. Simonin informed me he dis not have to do it because the person that handled it was no longer working there. When the the warranty company copy furnished him on the cancelation on November 15th 2024 he replied to the individual that he didn't know who I was but he would take care of it. That was a month ago. He will not respond to my emails asking the status. I've already performed half of his job. Now I'm waiting again, for him to do his job.

Tracy nissan called me and asked me to turn in my old
Tracy nissan called me and asked me to turn in my old lease early and they will take care of the rest of my payments. I bought another new car from them, but they never paid off my lease. It's been more than 3 months. I've called 13 times and gone in person twice, but they refuse to help me. I had to pay $363.86 out of pocket, even though they have the car and they came to me with this deal. This dealership has gone to xxxx since the new owners took over last year.
