Horrible experience!!
They definitely live up to the bad reputation car dealerships have! One of the worst experiences I have ever dealt with. We had a lease. We were thinking about returning the vehicle early.. called multiple times to discuss. We were told many times that is was no problem and such a simple process. Asked more than once if we would receive an early termination fee. Told no every time! The day we went to Nissan to drop off the vehicle, again told no problem and they schedule someone to come and look for any damage etc and then sends you the final statement. Again told no don't worry about any extra fees. Asked if we needed any paperwork regarding that.. again no. Months later receive a bill with an early termination fee of 3k! What a surprise now when we talk to anyone at this dealership they have no idea what we're talking about. We only had a couple months left.. we would of just kept it. That's obviously common sense. They knew what they were doing and set us up to get screwed. Last conversation asked the manager who we were speaking with his name probably 10 times.. wouldn't give it to me.. finally said it was Fred? It never ceases to amaze me the dishonesty experienced at car dealerships and this Nissan is one of the worst. Don't walk.. run from this place!

Oil change
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an appointment and they ran ontime and started and ended within the hour and 15 minutes I was told to expect. Easy check in and check out.
