RUN! Take your money elsewhere!!!! Worst experience ever. Found out we over paid a lot at this location than any other Nissan dealership. Staff was DISHONEST from the beginning. Went to this specific dealership after a long day of shopping around not planning to buy. Salesman David helped us and was being dishonest about the price. Claimed they were giving us an extra $2000 off when ALL NISSAN DEALERSHIP was having their nationwide sale. Other dealership were giving an extra $1500 off total savings of $3500 on brand new cars. Kenny was also giving us a higher APR because dealerships make profit from higher APR and they sneaked in a theft deterrent cost of $199 that was suppose to be "optional" but really wasn't. Kenny was also very rude and inpatient when we were showing the dents and scratches on the certified used vehicle. After a long 5 hours of being at the dealership, Joey the finance manager was just telling us where to sign and was not explaining the contract. Because I was ready to leave from physical and mental exhaustion, I signed. The car was not washed or detailed like how other dealership take care of their customers, there were no floormats, and the gas tank was not full. When I finally read my contract, our APR was actually charged higher. When I called to return the car after a day from purchasing it, Dustin, the "sales manager" refused and was being rude because we did not purchase the "2 day cancellation option." Even though we were never told about the option, Dustin refused to return our money and offered to fill up our gas tank, wash our car, light detailing, and carpeted floormats. When we went back the 2nd time for those services that was promised to us, we only received floormats and David claimed the gas pump was "broken " even though we saw other employees filling up cars from other dealerships. Totally dishonesty from all employees and was given the run around. Tried contacting other sales manager Brandin and he was rude, no help at all. Tried contacting Michelle the loyalty owner manager but she never responded. Never coming back to this dealership. My money is better spent elsewhere!

This is suppose to be a picture of a moment that was happy for me. All the events that happened after this picture were a nightmare. I feel that due to the nature of what I’m dealing with things with this dealership I need to share for other customers to be aware. I inquired about getting a truck online through a buying program through car guru and usaa. I was given a text message response by a gentleman by the name of Grant Brewer. He corresponded with me and I set at appointment. Then a few hours before my appointment another gentleman started texting me. I was confused. Grant said “don’t worry just come in and ask for me”. I told him I was moving my very busy schedule around to come in. I ended up showing up on time and he was no where to be found. I met with Ed Perry. I was upset because I had to start all over again. But Ed was extremely nice and he listened. I respect the fact that he treated me very well because most of the salesman including Grant treated me like I was dumb and Poorly educated as a woman purchasing a truck. Ed listened and in a very short amount of time we agreed on a purchase. I ended up leaving with the truck that night. I was promised all weather floor mats, manuals and a spare key. (Which shouldn’t have been an issue since this was a preowned certified) Three days later I get a text message from Grant saying bring the truck back. He was rude and aggressive. He said “get a co-signer or bring the truck back”. I requested more information because I didn’t understand nor did my boyfriend. He ignored me. I ended up calling the finance manager who gave me detailed information which was I needed more money down and it was a large number. Grant stated “no amount of money will help you”. I texted him and said “I’ll be there with a check I want my spare key and the items I was promised”. I get to the dealership again he was no where to be found. I called no answer the Ed showed up. He sent me to finance they fixed the new paperwork and helped me. As I’m in the room Grant walks by and says “the bad credit xxxxx is here with her check”. I was pissed. I let Ed know. He got my spare key which was broken and promised me manuals at a later date. I never got my mats and purchased them myself. March 10th I dropped off my truck where they were to put my protective coat on my truck. I get it back they broke my console. When I picked up my truck Grant Brewer was telling other salesman and pointing “that’s the xxxxx with bad credit and a boyfriend with money”. I purchased my truck on February 25th. On March 20th I received a call from GM Financial who was the lender on my trade stating my account would soon be delinquent and they would report to my credit. I contacted my salesman and asked that a finance person contact my bank. They acted like it was too much trouble. They said my trade was paid off but I told them the bank stated otherwise and if they could provide proof to stop the reporting to my credit. They did not now my credit is reporting a negative account. My new lender for the truck shows me having a payment due as well as my old vehicle. I didn’t have bad credit it was an issue with my negative equity and me needing more money down. I’m appalled with how I was treated and now because of this dealership I have a negative account reported to my previous lender and they are not assisting me to fix it. GM financial stated if the dealership called and showed them proof that a payment was sent before the negative mark they will remove it.

Purchased a 2013 Altima and it was a great all around experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had previously purchase a truck from them and I am going back to look at an NV van for my business.
