I went Saturday night and on the way home odometer

Horrible....I went Saturday night and on the way home odometer electrical issue was already giving me problem. Dealer mechanic says this issue should of been seen by dealer. They also gave me a vehicle all scratched up and dirty from inside.. I couldnt inspect it well cuz it was night and I trusted Eddie who sold me the car.. Then they didnt even give me a discount like they said they did. Its xxxxxxxx here and if you go make sure to look at the contract and inspect the car well inside and outside before buying anything do t ne stupid like me.

Wow!! So I scheduled an appointment for 9:45a. I went to the service department understanding there was going to be a wait. I get to the front and the Service Employee asks me questions about the car. Then it’s time to go inside to write up the work order for just an oil change /tire rotation for my service visit. I bought this car on 9/27 here at the DTLA dealership. I came because I was told that my first 2 maintenance appointments would be complimentary. The Service Employee told me that I did not buy the car here but obviously I did. I even have the paperwork to prove it. He had the nerve to keep insisting that my car was not bought here and that he can not offer me my first complimentary maintenance appointment. I was so irritated I didn’t even want to argue with the guy because it wasn’t worth it. So here I am writing this review. So lesson of the day is that do not take your car here to be serviced if you expect to have the 2 complimentary maintenance appointments that they promise. Instead they will want to charge you $100 for your first visit.

I am never coming back to this location again. Every single time I have come to DTLA, I have waited hours for something that should take 30 minutes. The first time was to finance my car; I was there for 5 hours (somewhat understandable but honestly, that is still ridiculous)... The next time was for my scheduled smog check. I was there for 2.5 hours.. (i was promised on the phone that I would be there for ab solutely no longer than 1 hour, and to be clear, nothing was wrong with the car for the smog check.) Next, I make a 4pm appointment for my first service/oil change, I arrive at 3:30 I waited 4 hours.... I tried one last time for an oil change 5 months later.. I make a 6:30am reservation. I arrive at 6:25am, the place is closed. I go get coffee, come back, and they would not honor my reservation. So they put me 6th in a line of cars saying “I should have waited” when I had arrived. And they tell me I will likely have to wait 2 hours. So, I left, and I will never go back. To me, it's simple.. Don't offer reservations if you will not honor them. People make appointments and reservations because they often have work or family obligations. I can't sit around and waste hours of my day to get an oil change.
