I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received at the Service Department of Nissan Gardena. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care, which made the entire experience very pleasant. The service team was attentive, courteous, and took the time to clearly explain the work being done on my vehicle. Their friendly attitude and willingness to help made me feel comfortable and confident that my car was in good hands. It is clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority in their service department. I would also like to give special recognition to Service Manager Aureliano Ochoa for his courtesy and professionalism. His approach was respectful, attentive, and reassuring, and his leadership truly reflects in the quality of service provided by the entire team. It is refreshing to see a manager who takes the time to ensure customers feel valued and well taken care of. Overall, my experience at Nissan Gardena’s Service Department was excellent. I truly appreciate the kindness, attention to detail, and high level of customer service I received. I highly recommend Nissan Gardena for service needs and will definitely return in the future. So happy we found Nissan of Gardena. The atmosphere was fun, the play list was 🔥 and the sales team was on point! Kenny G took great care of us and sales manager Muhammad gave us such a good deal on our new Ariya that I gave him a new nickname: Monty Hall (of Let’s Make a Deal fame for you youngsters!).
