Extremely shockingly, poor service. DO NOT GO HERE, they are thieves!! Have been coming to this Mossy for years, and have not had any issues up until a couple of weeks ago. Took the car in because it was making strange squealing sounds and jerking uncontrollably on the road. Was aware I had a weak tranny. They were also aware and had this listed in their records but they told me this was just all due to needing new front brakes and a new belt, not mentioning anything about the tranny finally dying out. The (biggest) and most important issue needing to be fixed right there and then. A week after my car was serviced, it broke down on me several times on the road. I came in again getting the car looked at, just to find out that, oh yeah, it’s the tranny actually going bad (this time.) Why wasn’t I notified of this during the first service appointment so I could have saved myself almost a grand on everything that was a side repair. On top of that, service advisor Victor was smirking and making a joke out of the situation when I brought up my concerns. Unprofessional and wasn’t happy with how I was treated here. They don’t care, they are only there to make a quick buck to get anything out of you. Happy I won’t be returning, and Mossy just lost a valued customer.
