My experience buying and obtaining the car was awesome. However, once I had my vehicle it went downhill. They took two automatic payments out the very first month (May 2025), and they STILL HAVE NOT REIMBURSED ME for taking the extra payment. I was put on hold on three different occasions for over 30 minutes, and I still go assistance. Still getting the runaround and still short $600 I didn't have to spare. Just unbelievable. Strongly suggest you do not finance through Nissan -- it's a NIGHTMARE!!!!

We stopped by “to look”. Jay showed us our options. He was very kind and very knowledgeable. Car sales been stereotypically have a bad rap, but Jay did nothing but ask questions. He never assumed he never pushed. Jay also went to great lengths to find us our best financing. Tristan was great and super efficient at closing and we left with a car. We will be back to this dealership in the future and we can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, Concord Nissan! We appreciate you!

I was recommended to try Concord Nissan from a colleague, instead of the other Nissan dealership I normally deal with. I was referred to Deven. He was EXCEPTIONAL 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩, by this I mean I felt like he went above and beyond. Not one time did I feel pressured into buying a vehicle. Truthfully, I bought the vehicle because I was treated nicely, respectfully, and that my business is appreciated, because I did stop somewhere else first and ended up leaving because nobody came to even assist me. Deven's customer service and a great car 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩. I will ALWAYS recommend to go see Deven first, save you time, money, and have you driving today. 😊
