Chico Hyundai service team will go the extra step for anyone who shows up. They have taken care of all my needs even though I always forget to make an appointment, they do take my vehicle on a walk in. I really appreciate this service team for their service support.

Took 2024 Altima in to service showed them button on
Took 2024 Altima in to service showed them button on outside driver door didn’t work which is smart key entry then they took 2 hours to “diagnose” it !! Which I already showed them and should have taken 5 min to “diagnose” itt,if that !! Then had the nerve to charge me $200 to diagnose this!! What a racket!! Will never take my car here again

We understand your concerns but $205 is our standard diagnostic fee that you were told prior to the vehicle being looked at and even signed off on, agreeing that you would be responsible for the fee after the diagnosis was complete. We value our technicians time and although it may seem like a simple fix, most often it takes far more than 5 minutes to diagnosis and find a solution for.
