Absolutely the worst experience ever.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Me and my family spent $8,200 to get a motor replaced in my 2011 Nissan Maxima. Drove it home to Little Rock from Fort Smith parked it got back in it drove it a quarter mile down the road engine light started flashing car lost all power called them the next day and they had McLarty Nissan in Little Rock come pick it up and they charged me $337 to replace one coil pack. I had wrote a review the day after and got a response from somebody calling themself an owner with a phone number so I called it and it was a bogus number the response said they were very sorry would take care of everything that was wrong and it was all a lie. We feel totally taken advantage of because that is a lot of money for me and my family to have came up with and then when I got the car back from McLarty all they replaced was one coil pack and the car continues to mess up and we are scared to call Orr Nissan in Fort Smith because they are rude and act like they don't want to do the right thing and fix it this doesn't seem right I have looked into it and it doesn't matter what all the little things they have in fine print because I've been told that what they've done is wrong I have documented everything step by step charge by charge conversation by conversation recorded. So if you're thinking about doing business with Orr Nissan yes you can read all the positive reviews they get but I guarantee you unless you're a very very wealthy person you won't get the same treatment as other people and this is facts I've been doing my research and I found multiple and when I say multiple that is exactly what I mean of people being treated different if you know what I mean. Something needs to be done because this is $8,200 worth of work on a car with a blue book it's only worth $4,500 with over $4,000 of Labor for a car that can't even get me to work. I'm not going away till something is done.

I didn't get to buy the truck I was looking at but that was my fault. This is a very up front and honest dealership. No hidden fees or gimmicks, they tell you up front what everything will be. I hate I didn't get to finish my deal with them. I'm positive that I would have been very pleased. Ask for Dale when you go see them. He was great.
