Drove 3 hours to the dealership after talking with the salesman Bruno Salazar on the phone. Did a test drive and wanted to buy the car. I usually walk out of every deal ship I have been in due to the sales tactics that other dealerships use. I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I have had buying a new car. Thanks Bruno!

Great experience
Brad Bittle offered us a pleasant, no pressure service. Straight forward and honest. He didn't try to play any games. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a car

Uses misleading advertising.
Uses misleading advertising. We called to verify that a car was on the lot before we drove over, but when we arrived the salesperson tried to tell us it was somewhere else about an hour away. We told them that we called previous to showing up and she seemed shocked to find out we had been told it was there. They also applied $2000 more to the posted price when we arrived. They had added a trade in value (we had no trade in) and the "sale" that was being advertised was already in the posted price. It was explained that they advertise their "Superior Auto Prices " The car we came to look at had a broken touch screen so no amenities could be checked to see if they worked. The pictures online didn't show the problem with the screen and it wasn't mentioned in the add. When we asked if they would fix it, if we wanted to purchase the car we were told no. The car was very nice with low mileage but you couldn't even turn on the radio. It's my understanding that this is a "bait and switch" technique to get you to their lot so they can try to sell you something else. They are not planning on selling this car soon due to the amount of customers it will bring to their lot.
