Bough a used tacoma Trx off road 4x4 had my technician
Bough a used tacoma Trx off road 4x4 had my technician look at it and took it back 3 days after purchase with the dealer warranty power steering pump was leaking for a while it was caked with old oil and dripping new oil, ball joints all leaking the grease and sensor codes also an issue in whick i have yet for them to acknowledge but has been brought up from day 1 and told theu would addtess it. The dealer decided to replace the covered parts under dealer warranty with oreilly parts after i told Sales manage Michael i wanted OEM not oreilly or napa parts whole time there bringing up how much money there losing doing these repairs that are warrantied and never addtessed the howling in the rearend which is still there after only 4 days of driving it as it was at the dealer service for 5 days to get repairs. Drove 3 days and service at dealer for 5 and 1 day back and rearend still howlong and kyle manager stated service manager would get back to me today 12-1-25 its.12:31pm no call as of yet.

We went looking for the car my wife wanted.
We went looking for the car my wife wanted. Traded in a car of greater value?our sales rep was great, the sales manager who finalized the deal promised us the car and to get us a check for the difference ?Same day?. The finance person told us it would actually take 1-2 days. Here we are a week later, just got off the phone with the finance manager, who told us there was no way for her to get us a check at this moment and that until they process all the title work that at that point we will get a check at some point. Asked for the general managers number?she gave me a disconnected Verizon cellphone.
