I was looking for a new vehicle due to my previous vehicle’s transmission failing. Philip Long and Sergio Bustos were incredibly helpful and talked to me through a lot of options. They were not pushy and made sure to ask all the right questions to ensure I ended up with the vehicle I wanted. I’d highly recommend them both if you’re looking for a car!

We had not purchased a new car in approximately 20 years,
We had not purchased a new car in approximately 20 years, so we were somewhat apprehensive about visiting the dealership. However, our sales representative, Philip Long, made us feel comfortable from the very beginning. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and was not pushy which is something we were worried about. He was able to ask the right questions to help lead us to the new car we wanted. He was good at explaining all of the features of the car and answered all of our questions. We had anticipated visiting other dealerships but knew we had found the right place to buy a car. We would recommend the dealership and especially Philip to anyone looking to purchase a new auto.

My wife and I purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue from Landers
My wife and I purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue from Landers McLarty Nissan with low miles. We live on the other side of Nashville, Tn, a 3 plus hour drive one way. My wife was thrilled with the Nissan Rogue, the great gas mileage, and some added features neither one of us were used to at all. We also purchased the warranty to cover any issues that might arise, as we were advised to, even though the Rogue was in Great shape it seemed like the smart thing to do just to cover any malfunctions that might come up, even with the low mileage for a 2019 (24,500) . My wife drove it home, and loved it, everything about the Rogue. We were very pleased with the deal, the car , and everyone we met at Landers McLarty Nissan . I even said this was the very best car transaction I had ever been a part of in all my life, ( we are retired). Well less than 48 hours after the Rogue was purchased, less than 3 miles from our home the Malfunction warning light came up on the dash. This was totally unexpected and freaked my wife out. We pulled over in a safe place, turned it off, waited a minute, and turned it back on. The malfunction warning went away. It went off several times in the next few days. This car had not even rained on at this point. We thought it might be something we did. a button we pushed, it was concerning for sure. We contacted Landers McLarty Nissan and found out the Rogue had never in it's history had this issue. It was bought and serviced at Landers McLarty Nissan 100%. Margaret Reis suggested taking it a Nissan Dealer close to home and getting it checked, instead of driving back to Huntsville, and they would cover it. (I really did not want to drive back to Huntsville 🙂 Thank you ) Rivergate Nissan checked it out yesterday and found the Camera was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. The records say it had never had an issue, and we found out the warranty does not cover the camera either, even though it covers almost everything else, not the camera itself. It was about here we started thinking maybe this was not the best car transaction we have ever had in our 49 years of marriage. We Prayed to God in heaven about it ! ( in Jesus' name of course ) My wife had just last Saturday given her 2018 Jeep Wrangler to our youngest Granddaughter for her 16 birthday. She really needed this Rogue to be the "one", she loves everything about it. (This is where it gets good !) Between Ms Margaret at Landers McLarty ,Nissan the people at Rivergate Nissan and Nissan we found out there was a program called Good Will Assistance, and the Rogue with super low milage 24,500 miles. The malfunctioning camera will be replaced at "0" cost to us. We are back to this was most definitely the very best car transaction we have ever been a part off in our 68 years ! And always a shout out to the Lord Jesus ! ( Jesus makes a way when there seems to be no way Nissan! 🙂 ) Thank you to everyone involved from Sergio that sold us the Rogue, Ms Margaret Reis, the Management at Landers McLarty , the people at Rivergate Nissan, and of Course Nissan that made this turn out really, really to the good. My wife loves seeing 29 - 30 miles to the gallon on the dash ! 🙂 She is thrilled with her 2019 Rogue SL, Everyone at Landers McLarty Nissan was very professional throughout this issue with the camera on my wife's 2019 Rogue and making sure she stayed very happy with her Rogue and the transaction throughout. We / I highly recommend Landers McLarty Nissan and everyone there for anyone considering a new or used vehicle. Thank you Everyone, Ray and Brenda Horton
