Vacation saver is what Bobby Howard, service advisor and
Vacation saver is what Bobby Howard, service advisor and his team did for us. Our 2011 Nissan Versa was making a helicopter rotor noise on the front driver’s side. We had just arrived after driving from Iowa that day. We were able to get the car in, inspected, diagnosed the problem and fixed in under six hours for less than $200. Bobby even supplied us with a driver to take us back to our condo so we didn’t have to wait in the dealership. This was a 17 mile one-way trip. The problem was a loose lug nut what had worked its way loose and bent the stud after our 1000 mile journey to Gulf Shores. We had entertained the idea of renting a car while the car was being fixed or even buying a new car but no need. My husband and I both work in a hospital that the mottos is ‘to provide the care we would like our loved ones to receive.’ Bobby and his team definately lived that today for us. Our Guardian Angels.
