Service departments for this dealer really needs to go the extra mile now and then to try to help someone instead of worrying about losing a dollar on tests or an inspection. My family just spent over $400.00 to bring the vehicle home and broke down 2 days later. Very disappointed.

It?s Been almost a year now that my two rims have been on ?back order.? One is possibly even hurting my new tires, and they both need replaced under my warranty. I feel in danger driving myself and my daughter because the inside of a rim is bent so badly that at 50 mph it begins to feel off balance. I don?t know what to do at this point. I want to trade my vehicle in because of this entire situation. Nobody understands the extended tire and wheel or paint coverage warranties that are being sold because you can?t answer my questions, or correct them. I paid 800$ or more for a warranty then hauled off and had to fork another 700$+ for a new wheel that should have been covered and waiting on two new rims for almost a year now! It?s a horrible experience for me and needs corrected ASAP! I?m highly upset with all of this situation! Not enough bad things can be said about my experience with the warranty deal or the rims not ever being available!
