Came to buy a Buick envision with 31,000 miles. Car looked great and drove well. Took it over night to tat drive and took it to my mechanic and he told me right away not to buy this car. Rusted underneath. Been in a lot of salt or flood water. So glad I was smart enough to take it there or I would’ve bought it. So always check things out. Would have been very sorry. I feel as if they knew it was rusted that I had to wait for them to inspect it so I am sure it was put on a lift to check brakes. Very disappointed in this dealership. Will never go back.

I recently brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance
I recently brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance and was very dissatisfied with the outcome. After picking up my car and driving it the following day, I noticed a loud, unusual noise when accelerating—something that was not present before the service. Due to the distance I live from the location (over an hour away), I wasn’t able to return immediately. When I did bring the vehicle back two weeks later, I was told that the driver’s side transmission mount needed to be replaced at a cost of \$650. This was extremely frustrating, as my car had no such issues prior to the maintenance. Additionally, the noise is so obvious that I find it hard to believe it wasn’t noticed by the technician during the original inspection. Yet no mention of it was made, and the car was returned to me as if it were in perfect working condition. I feel like I’m being forced to pay for damage that may have occurred during or after the service I trusted your team to provide. I am very dissatisfied and request that someone contact me as soon as possible to discuss how this issue can be corrected. I expect better service and accountability. Thank you. Samantha Jacobs
