These are professional scammers, every one should stay away from them. Not worth doing business with them

I agree and should have trust in my instincts. Do not trust fake friendliness and overall appearance of helpful gestures just to sell and get rid of a car. The dealership kept us from the car taking the car from a further test drive by telling us it'll be any minute to finish up with the paperwork rushed us through the paperwork. Never gave us the paperwork and Never offered us a warranty. Within 24 hours we had the car back at this dealership. Their mechanics looked at it claimed it was a part that would cost us $350 to repair. After then having it for multiple days, with nothing done, We took the car to our mechanic discovered it was not that part but major problems with the front and rear suspension. We were told by our mechanics that the car had a 50/50 chance of not breaking down within five months. When confronted about then not disclosing the issues with the vehicle the general manager, John,r began questioning my son and his personal appearance. I was appalled by the conversation. This place is reputable and there are too many other places that sell cars with 100% better customer service.

I should have trusted my instincts and stopped my purchase of the Porsche here. Although I came in prequalified through my own bank, they still ran my credit three times through other banks, resulting in unnecessary inquiries that can negatively affect your credit score. I don’t understand how this was possible without my permission, especially since I have a credit lock on my report. Mason in the finance department was unprofessional from the start, greeting me with “what’s up dawg” when we first met. On the second day I had the car, a warning light came on. While Melvin, the GM, did attempt to address the issue, my mechanic later informed me that it was just a sensitive sensor common to all Porsches. Two weeks after I bought the car, it began overheating and leaking coolant. I had purchased the warranty/gap coverage recommended by the dealer through Ally, but when I contacted Ally, they told me my warranty only covers electrical issues. Platinum Mitsubishi has “AS-IS” marked on the window stickers, and when I questioned my salesperson (Jesus) about this, he said that the “as-is” referred to the body’s condition and that they would cover any mechanical issues for six months after my purchase. I will say that the general manager, Melvin, has been consistently responsive to any issues I’ve had, answering all my calls even after the sale and showing a willingness to resolve any problems. Melvin’s efforts prevented this from being a one-star review. I brought the car 3 weeks ago and was only able to drive it for 2 because I been waiting to see if they are going to cover the cost or not smh!
