I paid them for nearly $900 worth of work and found out less than a month later they never did $250 of it. They brought to my attention the battery terminals were corroded and offered to clean them; I accepted. About 3 weeks later my car won't start. Guess what? Battery terminals corroded all to xxxx. Tow the car to a local mechanic and discover they never did the fuel injector service they charged me for, either.

I feel like they're shiesty

My initial review was way too long so here's the readers digest version: - I will start this out by saying the only reason to go here is their service department. The people who work there are phenomenal and are the only reason I'd recommend this place. - I purchased a 2019 Mitsubishi Eclipse cross on 9/5/2020. The car I ended up purchasing was not the original car I went to see because that car was “either sold or out on loan” (it’s still on their website). When I got to the dealership, he had me look at their inventory on his computer before he pulled up the car I ultimately ended up purchasing around front. While looking at the car, I noticed there wasn’t floor mats or a cargo cover. I asked Jake during that initial walk through if those could be replaced to which he told me not to worry, that they’d take care of me. While completing the walk through, he explained that they had been using the vehicle as a loaner vehicle and told me that it hadn’t been detailed yet. I explained that it wasn’t a problem and took the car for a test drive. - When I got back to the dealership I asked for a CarFax on the car. I found out later while reviewing my loan paperwork that the dealership had provided me with the CarFax on the vehicle I had initially inquired on, not the one I ended up purchasing. They told me when I questioned the mileage discrepancy (the vehicle I bought had 5000 more miles on it) on the CarFax that the difference in mileage was due to it being used as a loaner vehicle. Their answer made sense to me at the time so I decided to drop it. - On September 6th, I noticed that there wasn’t a sticker in the windshield regarding the last oil change for the vehicle. I sent Jake a text message asking him about whether they had service records for the vehicle. I also noticed that there was not an owner’s manual and asked about whether they had a second key. Jake advised me that they could check on the service records, manual, and key when I was back on site on Tuesday, 9/8 to get the car detailed. I agreed to this due to the understanding that “they would take care of me.” - I dropped off the car to be detailed on 9/8. He told me the afternoon of 9/9 that they didn’t have luck with getting floor mats or a cargo cover but told me they had made a second key for the car. He told me that “they had lost money” on the sale which is why they couldn’t help with those items. I picked up the car Wednesday, 9/9 in the evening. - On Thursday 9/10, I sent him another message in the AM inquiring about the oil as it still didn’t have record of it being changed anywhere in the car. I sent him another message about it that afternoon to which he replied “it was done 4 months ago but you just change it every 5000 miles. So from the day you got the car from 5000 from that point is when you should do the oil change.” This didn’t sound right to me so I double checked with him and explained that I didn’t want to damage the vehicle or void my warranty by not having maintenance done on time. He told me that service had been out all day due to wildfires in Oregon and told me “we guarantee our cars. You will be perfectly fine.” - On September 15th, I finally made the choice to call the service department at the dealership and find out when the oil had been changed myself. The gentleman who answered the phone was able to pull up the vehicle and explained to me that there was no record of the oil ever being changed since the vehicle left the factory. I explained the situation to him and he agreed that I should come in immediately for an oil change. We scheduled an appointment for the same day. Upon arriving, he pulled up the records once again and confirmed that there wasn’t any record of it being done since the vehicle left the factory. He told me that since it was my first oil change, they’d do it on the house.
