RUN!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dishonest sales tactics, liars, bad customer service. Sleazy car dealership!!! Managers are pathetic. They don't communicate and don't tell you what's actually going on with their vehicles. Terrible sales practices!! I will be reporting this dealership to the BBB!! Sad excuses for humans.

Norman Mitsubishi is the place to go for a new or used car. I am an independent woman and have poor credit and not enough established credit. Josiah and Bentley did everything and all they could to get me into the vehicle that I chose. I went in looking for a nice used vehicle due to mine being totaled three weeks ago. I came out successful, and enjoy my new Jeep! If you haven’t checked them out, you need too. These gentlemen worked really hard with the banks to get me where I needed to be. I went from being on foot, due to a devastating accident that totaled my previous vehicle in to my new vehicle from Norman Mitsubishi! Great job guys, keep up the great work!

We were very pleased with the service we received. We were given options that most dealerships don't provide. The overall process was very smooth and hassle-free. I will definitely recommend friends/family to this dealership.
