I honestly can’t say enough good things about Milad Hanna at North Coast Mitsubishi - West Cleveland. From the second I walked in, they were super chill and didn’t make me feel like I was being “sold” a car (you know that awkward pushy vibe some salespeople give? None of that here). They really took the time to understand what I was looking for and somehow managed to make the whole process—dare I say it—fun? Milad Hanna knows his stuff, answered all my questions without sounding like a robot, and even pointed out a few things I wouldn’t have thought of on my own. What really sealed the deal for me was how they kept it real. No gimmicks, no hidden fees—just straight-up honesty. I asked in email (!!) How much is out-of-the-door price and got an answer in email( !) in about 5 minutes. You try it with other sales guys elsewhere! And even after I drove off the lot, they followed up to make sure everything was good.

Fantastic experience with this dealership. Steevy was able to get me an approval right away when other dealers couldn’t. Was able to secure a newer Tesla with low miles and very reasonable payments. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
