Within 2 weeks I've had 2 service lights come on,
Within 2 weeks I've had 2 service lights come on, navigation system broke and a trim piece mysteriously fell off. Setup a service appointment that I drove to from Akron. Was told the BMW tech wasn't there and they can't help me anyways. Waiting for NCBM to step up and help with these issues that were obviously going on when I purchased the car. Will update this review when this is resolved. Currently very displeased with their approach to the sale.

I was quoted a range on my trade in of $22,838 to
I was quoted a range on my trade in of $22,838 to $25,328. Plus I was told that there was a little wiggle room on the truck I was looking at. So I frove from Euclid to Bedford to buy a truck. When I got there they looked at my trade which was exactly what I told them it was. And they said according to KBB the most they can give me is $19,500. And they couldn't move on the truck. I wasted my time and gas driving out there for nothing. I would never recommend a dealership that outright lies to people.
