This place will screw you if it can.
This place will screw you if it can. Sold me a vehicle with a broken A/C and refused to fix it less than 24 hours later. It was cold out and didn’t think to check it. Then got the run around from several people. They play nice until you buy and then you’re on your own. Never divulged any problem and told me it worked before and must’ve gone bad sitting on the lot, not there responsibility. Also the manager and salesman quit the day after I bought it. Good luck if you go there cause they’ll get you if they can. From Ben Parker and Austin to the owner Chris Wilborne, very unprofessional and livers. A AC doesn’t break sitting on a lot.

It’s been 10 years since I’ve bought a car and the thought of going through the steps was daunting. Jim at High Point Mitsubishi made the process simple and enjoyable! Highly recommended checking them out!

I promise you can do better.
I bought a truck from here in 2021. It had approximately 50,000 miles on it. The process of buying the truck was miserable, and took hours of going back and forth with the staff. Within the first few months of owning it, I had the following problems: -The AC broke. -Oil began leaking. -Both turn signal lights went out. -The brakes began squeaking. For each problem, I took it to HPM to get it fixed, and the only issue they successfully fixed was the oil leaking, which was covered by the warranty I purchased. I took my truck there more than 10 times, driving 40 minutes both ways, to fix the AC. Each time, they were unsuccessful fixing it, and made it abundantly clear that they were very annoyed at my persistence in getting it fixed. Each time I brought it, I would have to call multiple times, because there was rarely anyone available to answer. When I did get the truck to their service department, they didn’t attempt to diagnose the problem, and simply employed the cheapest method they believed would fix it. I would have liked to take it somewhere else, but HPM kept insisting they were capable of fixing it. Eventually, it was fixed temporarily at a Ford Dealership. It’s now not working again, and it’s February 2023. A few months ago, I called the dealership to inquire about cancelling my warranty, and ended up getting yelled at by a staffer that did a very bad job explaining the nature of the warranty cancellation process. In fact, their explanation of the warranty cancellation process contradicted the way the financial staff explained the nature of the warranty to us when we initially bought the truck. My experience with HPM has made it unlikely that I’ll ever purchase a car via dealership ever again. It also made it unlikely that I’ll ever go to a dealership for car services ever again. EDIT: Since the manager of the HPM took the time to respond to my Google Review, I thought I’d provide an update! Now, my truck that I bought with about 50,000 miles on it has the following new problems: -Faulty tire sensor -Faulty fuel fill outlet -Faulty electrical wiring with door locking -Radio won’t work -Check engine light came on this morning! The manager at HPM suggested in his below comment that I attempt to do MORE business with them to remedy the situation, despite my horrific experience with them. It’s astonishing to me that, after all the problems I’ve listed, HPM would ever suggest that I should give them another dime of my money. Truly shocking. Additionally, HPM’s manager suggestion that I go to another dealership to receive service is incredible! So are they admitting that they’re selling products they’re incapable of servicing? That’s what it seems like. If true, it’s just such bad business practice. Go somewhere else. You can do so much better than this place. I promise.
