I had inquired about a car on a Monday, to talk with a Sales Manager about coming to look at a vehicle. They're 3hrs away from me so I had questions to ask and wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting anyone's time. I couldn't get through to anyone on the sales team after a few attempts, but I went through to schedule an appointment anyway. My appointment was confirmed and I planned to check the car out that following Saturday. Some time Friday, the day before my appointment that I had scheduled almost a week before, they swiftly changed the price of the car I was coming to see to $8,000 higher.
What could cause a vehicles price to jump 8k, after being listed for more than a week at the lower price?
I called to double check why they changed the price and reminded them about my appointment/what the previous price was and they now told me that the car was SOLD, and was told that it being sold was the reason it was listed that way.
I didnt believe it since it obviously didn't make sense, so I called and made a new inquiry and was now told that the car was in fact available...
Also, that my appointment was canceled even though I never attempted to cancel myself.
I requested to speak to a sales manager again, and was told by a worker that they were busy (as they always were), and the store was about to close.
The whole week long process was hard to deal with and at that point I still hadn't even made it to the store yet. I can't imagine actually having to purchase a vehicle with a company that handles business this way.
STAY AWAY!!!!

beware that the advertised price isn't what the car will cost! taxes and DMV to be expected but there are "reconditioning fees" when is asked what that was Jennifer stated "pretty much if brakes,rotors or tires or anything in general needs to be replace we go ahead and do that once the vehicle that reconditioning fee id discussed once you arrive here" so that meas they can tac on thousands afterward.
Note to dealer this should all be done prior to pricing a vehicle as to not lure customers in with low prices! but my guess is you already know that.

Stay away. This place is super shady. The sales guy I had was nice but clueless. He constantly contradicted himself saying you have to buy the extended warranty for $3500 (you don’t), there are no dealer fees (there are), recalls were fixed (they weren’t), etc. The manager is worse. I knew what I wanted and when I wouldn’t entertain his attempt to switch me to a different car he was incredibly rude. The car I finally test drove seemed to have faulty breaks (constant knocking and crunching noises) and I was told it would be serviced and fixed if I bought it which I doubt. On top of it they tack on at least $5k in bs fees. Stay away.
