Waiting time was too long due to an oil change and took over 3 hours waiting time. The service should come with tires rotated and they did not rotation my tires.

Waiting time was to long just for oil change, took over 3 hours. The service should come with tire rotation service. But they did not rotation my tires. Very bad service. Rating the service for 1 star and the system don't let you submit.
