The transaction went well but after sales service wasn’t
The transaction went well but after sales service wasn’t great. The dealership sold me an electric car that was missing the charging cable and the front license plate holder. They promised they would order the items and ship them to me after I took delivery of the car. Now it’s been two weeks since I got the car and they never shipped the items. I’ve called multiple times and was told lies. No one enjoys being lied to.

After 3 days of texts saying sales agent would call me, I called the dealer and was informed that the car that's been listed since March "just sold yesterday". (It's still listed for sale here and on their website right now)

I’ve had a terrible experience buying a vehicle from Pristine Mitsubishi, They are very quik to take your money, but very reluctant to solve any issues. My van came delivered with a broken screen consul, so my back up camera didn’t work or low gear. The parking break light was on with the tire pressure lights. On top of it, I had to jump the vehicle every other time I started it. Then this morning it wouldn’t start so I hade to spend 100$ on a Uber to get to work and back. Ryan the financial manager eventually stopped taking my calls. I then tried several times to contact Ron the GM, but he never responded either. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them as it’s all about the sale and not about selling a vehicles that should have been serviced in the first place, I was charged for it to be serviced and it obviously wasn’t. Unfortunately I have to take other actions.
