Went in for my first oil change and it was fast and they also washed my car I was very satisfied thank you!

Made a service appointment for a simple full synthetic
Made a service appointment for a simple full synthetic oil change. Also told I should have a tire rotation even though the mileage did not indicate it so I said yes anyway. The oil change was $99. The tire rotation was 3750 yet my total bill was over $175. When I questioned it the response was for tools that are used during the servicing. Eight years of owning this car having an only serviced at dealers. This is the first time I’ve been charged for tools, and I probably will not return. It would be great to hear back from management .

Esperanza did a great job! She showed us all the cars we wanted to see and let us test drive them until we decided which one we wanted. Liza the financial person also did a good job. Was quick and complete. Both of them were fantastic.
