Buyer Beware!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE, HANDS DOWN THE WORST PLACE TO BUY A CAR FROM!!!! On March 19th, 2022 We bought a pre owned non Mitsubishi trade in, that they never inspected and or checked before selling the vehicle. We purchased a used 2018 BMW GT 330i. Literally, the very next morning less than 24 hours later the car overheated due to a major radiator leak. It took another day just to get them to flat bed the car back to their shop. When ever we called for updates the service department never took our calls, only gave the receptionist vague update to give to us. When they finally fixed the problem the service department DIDN'T provid documentation stating of what was done to the vehicle. That took another two and a half weeks before they provided some form of repair paper work. Once I went back to the dealership to pick up the car my boyfriend was pretty much shrugged away. Never told what was done or how they repaired it, or even what was repaired. It was unreliable!!!! Now moving on too, two weeks later my boyfriend noticed that the car had a strange vibration to it and low and behold that two tires were BAD, one had a dry-rot and the other a huge bubble. May I just add they avoided ALL calls from start to this very day! We never spoke to the General Manager to express our concerns, this place was horrendous from start to finish. It officially has been a month and a half since our trade in and they STILL HAVE NOT PAID THE VALUE TO THE BANK. They acted like they were here to help since my boyfriend is a Army Veteran, once the deal was done they completely disregarded us from that point on. Not only would I never recommend this establishment, but I will never ever go back to this dealership. Best of luck to you if you decide to take that chance.

This will match the same review from October 16, 2021 By James from Bridgewater, NJ. On 3/31/22, I negotiated a decent price on a 2022 outlander that I was willing to pay. They close at 7 and I was 2.5 hours away so Brad stated that he will hold the deal and I can come in the next day. Their finance guy called out so he asked if I can come in on Saturday, no problem. I come in and the car was not ready, paperwork was not prepared, and they attempted to quote me a higher price but I had the agreed upon price via text. I was there with a check from my credit union and they stated that they can't accept the check. They were not willing to verify the funds because it was not a certified check. I purchased a 2020 Palisade with this same kind of check and there were no issues then, from another dealership. Then someone else decided to slick talk me regarding the check. What he stated was nonsence because they could have contacted the credit union and verified the funds were there and the check was good. I told them that they can google the credit union and call to verify the funds were valid but no one wanted to. I was told that we will have to wait until the check clear before releasing the car. My wife chimed in and stated, so is someone going to bring the car to us (a 2.5 hour drive) for the inconvenience and no one responded. They talk about exceptional customer service, be treated like family, and VIP experience, maybe they need a lesson on what they all really stand for and rather than give replies to online comments, read the comments and make adjustments to improve communication and verification so the ratings should change and they can probably sell more cars vs arguing with people. Buying a vehicle is an emotional deal and they unfortunately prey on emotion for profit...its ashame.
