This dealership took our money for the vehicle and refused to release the car after many attempts to pick it up. We are now on 20 days following the sale with no vehicle. They’ve made up several stories along the way; car wasn’t funded by the bank, it wasn’t serviced, it needed an oil change, it needed more parts and then the parts didn’t come in. We were forced to contact an attorney to get this resolved. They are illegally holding the vehicle according to the bank representative we spoke to. Stay away from these people unless you feel like spending more money on attorneys and spending your time filing multiple complaints through various regulatory agencies..

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. If I could give a -100 star rating, I would. If you have read through the many reviews, you should see that this dealership is shady. I purchased a 2014 Mercedes Benz S550 in June 2025. It is currently September 2025 and I have yet to receive the title or a license plate. I, like others, have been ghosted. I Purchased the vehicle, online, out of state. My State DMV has reached out to the dealership . . . ghosted. The bank I financed the vehicle through has also tried to get answers . . . ghosted. I have had to hunt down the title and it seems it may be in Michigan from a repossession?!? Meaning, this dealership should not have sold this vehicle and are engaging in illegal practices. I am making one last ditch effort to get the title and if I am unsuccessful, I am seeking legal assistance. This dealership needs to be shut down. I swear, I think there is a teenager living in a closet running this business. AVOID THIS PLACE!
