Deceptive, unprofessional, and outright dishonest
Deceptive, unprofessional, and outright dishonest dealership Terrible experience. I visited to test drive a Toyota Camry 4‑door after the dealer provided an OTD price beforehand, which was the only reason I made the trip. When I arrived, the salesman claimed that they never discuss OTD prices on phone and tried to make it seem like I was lying. Instead of allowing the test drive, he negotiated pricing for 30 minutes, then attempted to add a fake $1,995 “mandatory service charge” that was never disclosed earlier. After wasting over 3 hours and $45 on an Uber, they finally admitted the car was never coming because of an engine issue, and immediately pushed me to look at other cars. This confirms the entire visit was a sales tactic, not a real deal. Using valuation estimates from Carfax to justify pricing is fine, but calling a customer a liar and hiding fees is not. Zero respect for customer time or money. Avoid this dealer at any cost!

This dealership took our money for the vehicle and
This dealership took our money for the vehicle and refused to release the car after many attempts to pick it up. We are now on 20 days following the sale with no vehicle. They’ve made up several stories along the way; car wasn’t funded by the bank, it wasn’t serviced, it needed an oil change, it needed more parts and then the parts didn’t come in. We were forced to contact an attorney to get this resolved. They are illegally holding the vehicle according to the bank representative we spoke to. Stay away from these people unless you feel like spending more money on attorneys and spending your time filing multiple complaints through various regulatory agencies..
