Showcase Mitsubishi

My family just took possession today of our 4th Mitsubishi! We didn’t even look anywhere else. Found the perfect vehicle -a red Outlander, at the perfect price. Thank you Showcase-Andy, Alex, and Kevin-the Bluetooth guru!

Vernell and Alex were very friendly and helpful. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the vehicle I chose and made the process very easy when it came to all the paperwork for the purchase. I recently had some warranty work done by the wonderful techs at Showcase! My timing chain went, so I called them to check in on it. Found out the work was covered under the incredible 100000mile warranty I got on the car when I bought it. I worked with Darryl, who helped me get the car to the shop because the Mitsubishi warranty tow system was giving me trouble. Once the car was in their care, they were able to quickly diagnose and sort out the problem. During the post-work test drive, they noted that my wheel bearing was going out. I knew about this but didn't think about it because I planned on ordering one in the coming weeks. Well, as it turns out, this is also covered under warranty! So they called and let me know, then ordered and replaced that as well. During this time, they gave me a loaner, which was a bit small for me, as I'm quite tall! Learned that I don't fit in a Mirage super well, lol. But it does beat walking! Regardless of that, everything was fantastic and I HIGHLY recommend the great team at Showcase! Darryl is a great person to work with, and I even appreciated that Ruthy came out and chatted for a moment and remembered me from previous visits! She's a fantastic salesperson and just really kind! Thanks to everyone at Showcase, stay incredible!
