Great online experience but I receive too many duplicate
Great online experience but I receive too many duplicate emails. Online rep, sales rep and another sales rep. Multiple emails, BUT I prefer that over little email.

Equinox was in for repair from accident.
Equinox was in for repair from accident. Repairs were expertly done. The color was matched totally. Had to make numerous calls for updates since I never received a call until SUV was ready

Salesman did not remember we had an appointment.
Salesman did not remember we had an appointment. We has exchanged email messages about the appointment. However, when I arrived, he was on a test drive with another customer. He was in the midst of talking to that customer when he introduced himself and had me wait in an unoccupied cubicle,providing me with a "questionnaire' to complete while I waited. I told him that the questionnaire was presumptuous since it asked what was I looking for and would I need a loan.etc.. I had not seen the vehicle and we had not talked about the price. He later returned and proceeded to coax me into completing the questionaire indicating that his supervisor needed the document and proceeded to annotate my questionaire! He added answers where I had entered not applicable. After the earlier client left,he "entertained" me with light converation about cars indicating that the car was being pulled from their stock. After another hour,he revealed that the car in question had been road tested and "did not pass inspection" I was angry and disappointed. I waited for over two hours only to be told the car was not to even be seen. He exited and returned with a "supervisor" .She asked,"What are we doing today?" I replied,I am here to buy the car. I told the salesman and his "supervisor" that it seemed to me to be a "bait and switch" situation. I got my coat and purse and left. As I was exiting, the supervisor asked if they could call me should a car of interest come up. What they didn't know is that I was a serious customer with a high credit score, looking for price flexibility, an extended warranty and ready to pay cash. The car is still online and the price has been lowered . No Thanks Ourisman!!!
