I went in with an idea of what car I wanted, shared this idea with my salesman. Not only did he find a car that fit my idea, but it blew all my expectations out of the water.

Overall fantastic experience! My salesman, Scott McClellan was extremely helpful when he sold me the car a year ago and continues to follow up and check on my vehicle. He goes over and above when I stop in for service, assisting me with further questions. He is always available and anxious to help and very knowledgeable. The Service Department is excellent. Everyone is very friendly, accommodating, and keeps me informed during the service appointment. I appreciate the email reminders of appointments ahead of time. I have never had to wait long at all to have work done and a shuttle service is available if needed. They wash my car any time I stop in and ask for such service. I have owned several cars from this dealership and highly recommend Mike Miller Auto Park. It is a top-notch organization with a tremendous product at a very reasonable price. I will continue to buy my cars from this organization, as I have had nothing but positive experiences there. Thank you, Mike Miller!

I came in for an oil and filter change and started looking at the new cars while I waited for my car. While talking to Mike Miller I decided it was time to upgrade. This is the 5th car I've bought from Mike and will NEVER buy a car from anyone else. The service department is second to NONE and Brian Jarvis has been the lead on all of my service needs on my cars for the past 5 years. Whenever I call Brian his first question is always, "when is it convenient for YOU to bring your car in?"....when have you ever had a Service dealer ask you that???? Then when I started talking to Mike on the price of my car, I never even have to dicker on the price because I know I am immediately given the best price and I have never walked out of his show room feeling like I was ripped off. Mike Miller stands behind his word and I have sent all of my friends to this dealership when they are ready to buy a new car. When all is said and done, Mike Miller Auto Park has the BEST dealership in town, the BEST prices and the BEST reputation and by far the BEST team surrounding him - there is no reason to ever go and buy a car anywhere else in the surrounding Peoria area!
