Dash light came on, and Michael ran the diagnostic then clearly explained the issue and my options. I appreciate that he takes the time to talk with me so that I understand.

I brought in two cars.
I brought in two cars. 1st car. Phev-missing reminder sticker for oil change. I told him twice about it and he ignored me. Day later brought in 2nd car outlander sport. Tire rotation- did not check tire pressure. I am sitting in line at discount tire to get air in my tire. I am pretty disappointed with that. He appears to be new and need coaching so I'm not upset about it but I am not happy. Especially with the tire situation in this snowy weather.
