Bait and Switch Keeps calling

I sent a request via their website on a vehicle to see if it was still available. I also called the dealership after no response, and was told the vehicle had sold. Today I got 2 calls asking when I wanted to come see the vehicle. The first caller said yes it is still for sale, I advised I would drive the 1.5 hours this afternoon, but couldn't give them a exact time. I then got a second call an hour later, wanting to confirm my appointment to come see the vehicle. I told the caller I was getting conflicting information whether the truck was still available? I was told they would find out and call me right back. I waited 35 minutes and no one called back, so I called and asked for a manager to clarify. I was transferred to the same person who had called me the first time who said it was still for sale. I asked if he was a manager and he said yes I'm "one of them". I said I have a very simple question, is the truck still for sale or was it sold. He stated I just came back from looking and it has already been sold, but is there any other truck you're interested in? I advise no there was nothing they had that I was now interested in. Remember our $$$ spends everywhere, your product only sells in one place. Quick tip, know your inventory and don't try bait and switch tactics on the consumer as all it gets you is this, A BAD REVIEW!

These guys think that sending marketing to people that makes them think they have won a substantial prize in order to trick them into coming to their dealership is an ok thing to do. DECEPTIVE!! That is the lowest bottom of the barrel kind of attempt to attain a customer. There’s no way I would ever buy from them. You can’t trick people into being your customers.
