As a 100% Permanent & Total Disabled Veteran, I cannot in good faith recommend Augusta Mitsubishi. I purchased a truck from this dealership a few months ago, and as a disabled veteran, the Columbia County Tag Office issued a refund for my ad valorem taxes, which was sent directly to the dealership for disbursement to me. Despite multiple follow-ups, months have passed and I have still not received my check. The process has been frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I truly wish I could have posted this without giving them a one-star rating, but my experience leaves me no choice. With Veterans Day approaching, I strongly urge my fellow service members and their families to think carefully before doing business here. Veterans deserve honesty, transparency, and respect — values that were not reflected in my experience with this dealership. I sincerely hope management takes this matter seriously and makes it right.

Great service, cost was what they quoted, kept me informed of any new additions to service. Friendly atmosphere, clean waiting area. Service was completed in a timely fashion.

0000 stars!! Augusta Mitsubishi is currently advertising $0 down payment, all credits accepted especially bad credit, no credit checks, everyone is approved via the advertising on radio, social media and television. I got there. They are RUDE, they checked all my credit reports, asked for money down, then proceeded to deny me based on past repo/ which the advertising says approval with past repossession. They are false advertising, scamming, lying individuals. The manger WILLIAM JOHNSON smokes cigarettes like trains and does nothing to help nor talk to customers. All the sale representatives are RUDE, NASTY TALKING , and they pick and choose by the car you drive up in to help. I saw a girl crying to get a car she begged them. They denied her and told her to leave. As soon as she started her old car it cut off in the parking lot and two of the representatives had to push her car back into a parking spot. People don’t waste your time. They are scamming with false advertising.
