On November 26th , I visited Palm Beach Mitsubishi to view a vehicle I saw online. The condition of that vehicle was unacceptable, so I was shown a 2023 Nissan Ariya instead. I ultimately purchased the Ariya that day. Within a few days of purchase, the vehicle completely shut down late in the evening. I had no idea what was wrong and was forced to Uber home. I also missed a full day of work while waiting over five hours for a tow truck. The vehicle was towed to a Nissan dealership, where it remained for three days for repairs. Prior to that incident, I had already taken the vehicle to a Nissan dealer to address defective taillights. A few days later, I received a call from the finance manager at Palm Beach Mitsubishi stating that I needed to re-sign my contract because Wells Fargo had not approved the financing with GAP coverage and that GAP would need to be removed. The following day, I informed him that I would not re-sign the contract and would instead need my trade-in vehicle returned. I was then told, “Never mind, it’s all good now—it was pushed through.” Concerned, I contacted Wells Fargo directly and was informed that I did not have a loan with them. I later received a letter confirming this. Based on this information and the terms of the contract, I explained that I wanted to return the Nissan Ariya since the financing had not gone through as agreed. After multiple emails and phone calls—mostly with an employee named Eddie—I was eventually told that I could return the vehicle. I was informed that since my trade-in had already been sold, I would receive the amount they gave me for it, as manager Kyle wanted to “make things right.” In one of my emails , I provided a copy of my contract, which states that if my trade-in was sold, I am to be refunded the sale amount minus any conditioning costs. I asked to confirm that this is being processed accordingly. On December 18th, I returned the Nissan Ariya, fully expecting my refund to be ready, as had been implied to me. However, neither Kyle nor Eddie was present, and I returned the vehicle to another manager. Today, more than three weeks later, I still have not received my refund check. I have repeatedly called and emailed both Eddie and Kyle requesting an update, but I have received no response. I am still simply trying to get a clear status on my refund and have this matter resolved. This has been the worst car-buying experience I’ve had, marked by a severe lack of communication and extremely poor service.

***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Reviewed by robertstokes57November 08, 2025

***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!*** I gave Palm Beach Mitsubishi West in Palm Beach, FL $4000 as a down payment for this suppose to be brand new vehicle with 5 miles but had 16. Upon delivery, the transportation company showed me pictures of the car before he loaded it onto his delivery truck and it had several deep scratches. He then told me that the cars gas tank was empty and he had to put $5 worth of gas to get it on to his trailer. I immediately contacted Palm Beach Mitsubishi with the driver present and they tried to blame him. They then told me that since the car was brand new everything was covered and for me to take it to a body shop to get estimates for the damage and they would take care of it. I sent them an estimate for $2907.95 from Amato Collision Center in Milwaukee, Wi and Eddie Carrasquillo from Palm Beach emailed me back and said they would only pay $750 and that I was responsible for the remaining balance after hanging up on me several times. DO NOT TRUST THEM
