Avoid this dealership. My experience was extremely disappointing and stressful from start to finish. The vehicle was not delivered as represented. I was told prior damage shown on the Carfax had been repaired and that the car was in drivable condition. Instead, it arrived undrivable, with a flat tire, tires that were not new as represented, and scratches and dents that were never disclosed. Visible damage showed that the supposed repairs were not done properly. I try to resolve the situation reasonably, the dealership refused to take responsibility and would only offer to unwind the deal rather than provide fair compensation. This experience involved misrepresentation, failure to disclose material defects, and delivery not as promised. Buyers should be extremely cautious especially if having a vehicle delivered. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership.

Unfortunately had to give a 1 star rather than no star. I really dislike dishonest people (like the salesman and dealership). The salesman blatantly covered up defects with the car and also lied about what all comes with the purchase. When confronted about it they initially told me they would look into a remedy and the sales manager would be in touch. They never got in touch and eventually quit returning my calls and texts.

Avoid this place. They are not transparent with the fees. Dishonest business practices. Excessive fees, and unnecessary GAP insurance. Be very careful—check every number before signing.
