However, I would like to formally express my concern regarding the financial terms of the contract that was finalized. For a vehicle priced at $21,900, with a down payment of $9,500, I was offered 72 monthly payments of $480, which results in an annual interest rate of over 27%. The negotiation process was extremely long and exhausting, and after hours of waiting and paperwork, I felt pressured to accept terms that I now consider financially excessive and unsustainable. I respectfully request a review and potential renegotiation of the contract, aiming to find more reasonable financing conditions. I believe it is possible to adjust the terms in a way that is fair for both sides, especially considering my payment capacity and reliability as a customer. Unfortunately had to give a 1 star rather than no star. I really dislike dishonest people (like the salesman and dealership). The salesman blatantly covered up defects with the car and also lied about what all comes with the purchase. When confronted about it they initially told me they would look into a remedy and the sales manager would be in touch. They never got in touch and eventually quit returning my calls and texts.

Avoid this place. They are not transparent with the fees. Dishonest business practices. Excessive fees, and unnecessary GAP insurance. Be very careful—check every number before signing.
