Scratched car after recall

I brought my car in for recalls. When I got my car back it was wet he said it was a complementary wash you know my car is kept clean. On the card right now I know that there’s a bunch of scratches near where they worked on for the recall which with the sunroof I brought it back to them they said it wasn’t them and it didn’t make sense even though he’s at work and the scratches are near to Sunroof. I called Mitsubishi and they said that they are independent contractor and I would have to get a lawyer to address the situation. On my ring camera it shows that there is no camera before I left for this appointment. When I got back from the appointment the ring camera shows the scratches. Now I have to get a lawyer to take them to court to address the situation now we would have to pay more in lawyer fees for this incident a little bit of a headache For me since I have to go back-and-forth to court to get this address but in the long run they will do it I have solid evidence and they need to get it fixed if it’s horrible customer service on up to what you did to make it right. Please check your vehicles make sure that the job is done right now Shortcuts taken and look out for attic scratches and damage to your vehicle after bringing a vehicle here once you leave they will deny it and you’ll be in my sane situation

Terrible Sevice

I had appointment on Jan/2019 for oil change at Mac Mitsubishi. At that time, they recommended to do D service and CVS Flush. So, I visited next week again to do them. At that appointment, I was waited by your team for 4hours. But, they said they were not able to complete CVS Flush. They said I need to have additional appointment for CVS Flush again. So, I needed to make a additional appointment on further next again... My complain is that I was charged to pay oil change fee duplicately at each of appointments in both of 2 appointment, even though I only required oil change one time and their teams only replaced oil change one time at first appointment. Why did I need to pay duplicately? I cannot understand. Also, I need to visit you 3 times every weeks continuously.

John Mocadlo Mitsubishi is a nightmare in xxxx

We purchased a 2017 Buick Lacrosse. They promised to replace the headlight and the front bumper that had been previously damaged by the dealer. 5 days after deposit they wanted another 500 dollars to replace the bumper that they further damaged . We paid. Then they lost one fob and the owners manual. Nobody returns my calls or knows anything. The car was advertised with 3270 miles had over 5700 and never registered. This was a cash deal with no trade and we handled the out of state insurance and registration. We were still charged 600 dollars conveyance fee. BEST TO STAY AWAY
