Lacking communication
The lack of communication was a big issue for me, I had to keep calling to find out anything.

SJ Mitsubishi
Google would not allow another review. They should be recognized for consistent high standard of service after multiple scheduled maintenances. Highly recommend, per usual.

San Jose Mitsubishi Motors Service Center
The Service Manager, Long Hoang, was especially helpful to me at drop-off prior to service. He helped me determine the most important services that my car required and explained clearly what the next service for the car would require and cost. The waiting area was clean, quiet and had free Wi-Fi so I could work while I waited. The car was finished in under an hour (which was wonderful) and then washed before I picked it up. Overall, I would highly recommend using the San Jose Mitsubishi Center on Stevens Creek Blvd. to service their vehicles.
